CorpPinn PAC is a public accounting firm established in October 2023, incorporated with limited liability. The firm was founded by Raynen Tang and Mr. Chau Mau Yeap to combine resources from six practitioners and aim to grow, serving our clients better. In addition to our core business of auditing and assurance, we have associated firms that offer internal audit, business advisory, accounting, taxation, and secretarial services.
We are in the people business and highly value our professional colleagues working together to deliver top-notch service to our clients. This included entities across various sectors, including non-profit organizations, engineering, manufacturing, construction, retail, system integration, shipping, trading, research and development, among others. His clientele spanned listed companies, multinational corporations, and those engaged in initial public offerings. He also possesses expertise in guiding clients through special purpose engagements and aiding in certifications for hospital and government grant reimbursement claims.
Additionally, Raynen served as an accountant within a listed company, where he was tasked with supervising the finance team's operations in a subsidiary based in the People's Republic of China (PRC). His responsibilities extended to providing timely monthly reports to the head office.
